Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for all Fellowes shredders and accessories to ensure your office remains efficient and secure. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all documentation and components included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shredder

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all blades are clear of paper debris and the power cord is safely tucked inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping markers.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
